This Privacy Policy explains how vividishstudio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our online shop and the application we use to manage and publish our own content to Pinterest. vividishstudio is an independent art shop operated by an individual seller. Our products are sold through our Etsy shop, and we use a private internal application to create and schedule promotional Pins to our own Pinterest business account.

Our application primarily accesses our own Pinterest business account through Pinterest's official API. When authorized, it may access:

• Our Pinterest account profile and account information
• Our boards and the Pins we create or own
• Aggregated analytics about the performance of our own Pins

We do not collect, store, or process personal data belonging to other Pinterest users or to buyers beyond what is strictly necessary to operate our shop and our own content.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and publish Pins for our own products to our own boards
• To organize, update, and manage our Pinterest content
• To review the performance of our own Pins and improve our content

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Our application connects to the Pinterest API to perform the functions described above. Your use of Pinterest is also governed by Pinterest's own Privacy Policy. Pins we publish link to our product pages hosted on Etsy, which is governed by Etsy's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain authorization tokens and the minimum data required only for as long as necessary to operate the application. Access can be revoked at any time from your Pinterest account settings, after which we no longer access the account.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect any stored credentials and access tokens. Authorization tokens are stored securely and are used solely to interact with our own Pinterest account.

7. Your Rights

You may revoke our application's access to your Pinterest account at any time through Pinterest's account settings. You may also contact us to request information about, or deletion of, any data we hold that relates to you.
